2. Ordering online

THE PROCESS OF ORDERING IN ONLINE SHOP

1. Select an item.
2. Select a colour or multiple colours of the item.
3. Select the sizes and enter the amounts of items of each size and confirm your choice by clicking the button “Add to cart”.
4. Selected items can be reviewed and edited at any time under the tab “Shopping cart”.
5. When you would like to finish your purchase, complete the mandatory fields in the “Shopping cart” in the first step “Checkout”.
6. Choose your shipping option.
7. If you are a registered user, the system always offers you information about your previous purchases, current order status and invoices.

Important: Payment is considered as order confirmation, after payment is made order can not be canceled anymore.

ORDER DUE DATE:

Your order will be processed in 3 working days, but usually in 24 hours.

DELIVERY:

Goods are shipped in 2 – 15 working days.

PAYMENT METHOD:

You can pay with cards Visa/ MasterCard/ AMEX or Paypal

PRICING:

Regular prices in online shop apply at the time at which you place your order.
If the price changes during the placement of your order, we offer you a more suitable price for you.

ONLINE PRICES:

Online prices apply to certain products, which are currently in demand, and we would like to offer them at an especially good price.

STOCK:

Stock is not permanent. If we are unable to deliver ordered items, you will be offered an alternative or a we will issue a refund.

VAT:

All prices will be charged with an additional VAT rate of 22 %.

WARRANTY:

Faulty goods complaints are accepted upon submitting faulty goods.

We accept complaints only for never worn products in original packaging. The cost of returning the products are payed by the buyer. We will repair or replace your product at our own expense.

We reserve the right to change the offer and prices without prior notice, to any errors in online store and to refusal of order.

In case of a dispute Ljubljana court has the jurisdiction and all processes are to be held under Slovenian law.
