Collection and Delivery

Once your order has been confirmed as ready, you can collect it from our location in Ljubljana or arrange delivery with us.

Collection hours:
Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

We are located on the first floor. The entrance is on the right-hand side of the building and can be reached using the external stairs.

For larger or heavier packages, please contact us before arrival so that we can arrange collection and assistance with loading.

Order delivery

We select a suitable delivery partner according to the destination, type, size and other characteristics of the shipment.

Our delivery partners include:

• Pošta Slovenije,
• GLS,
• DPD,
• DHL,
• Express One.

The delivery method, estimated delivery time and shipping cost depend on the specific order and are confirmed with the quotation or order agreement.
