Screen Printing for Business, Teams, and Promotional Textiles

Screen printing makes the most sense when you need a durable, consistent print across a larger batch.

At Gajcom, we use it mainly for projects where repeatable artwork, clean color areas, and cost-efficient production matter. It works especially well when you want your teamwear, event apparel, or promotional textiles to look aligned from the first item to the last one.

When we usually recommend screen printing.

  • We recommend it when the same design needs to be printed on a higher number of T-shirts, hoodies, bags, or selected textile products.
  • It works well when you want a clean logo, strong typography, or graphics with a confident visual presence.
  • It is also a practical choice when you want the same result to stay consistent across repeat orders.

Where businesses use it most often.

We most often prepare screen printing for promotional T-shirts, team apparel, staff clothing, event merch, trade fair projects, and other branded textiles that need a coordinated and reliable look. Depending on the project, we align the technique with the garment, artwork placement, and the final visual effect you want to achieve.

What you can expect from the result.

  • Colors usually read as clean and strong, which makes the technique very useful for corporate graphics and larger print areas.
  • The result stays dependable when the same design needs to be reordered later on similar garments.
  • The final look always depends on the artwork, fabric, print size, and garment color, so we review each project before production.

When we recommend another method instead.

If you need a softer digital feel for smaller runs or highly detailed illustrations, DTG T-shirt printing is often the better fit. When the project calls for more flexibility across materials, mixed garments, or smaller runs with a lot of color detail, DTF transfers can be a more practical option. For logos on polos, caps, and workwear, we often recommend machine embroidery.

How ordering works.

  1. You send us the artwork, approximate quantity, preferred textile, and basic information about the intended use.
  2. We review whether screen printing is the best choice based on the design, material, and run size.
  3. We confirm placement, print size, and garments, then prepare production.
  4. After approval, we move into production and coordinate delivery or collection.

You do not need a perfect brief to start.

A logo, draft idea, estimated quantity, and a note about where the garments will be used are usually enough for a useful first recommendation. When you want us to review your project, simply contact us.

General Questions

Screen printing is typically most efficient for medium to large runs, especially for designs with clearly defined colors. We review quantities, color count, and the selected items with you before production.
We align colors to your brand guidelines and, when needed, use Pantone-style targets and color separations. Before printing, we agree on expectations and the approval process for shades.
Multiple placements are possible (chest, back, sleeves, selected special areas), but feasibility depends on the garment cut and material. We recommend a placement that’s practical and visually consistent.
Vector files work best (AI, EPS, PDF) or high-resolution logo files. If you don’t have print-ready artwork, we can help prepare the design for production.
When produced correctly, screen prints are highly durable. We recommend following the item’s care label—often moderate-temperature washing and turning garments inside out to help protect the imprint.
For smaller runs or very color-rich artwork, DTF transfers or DTG can be a better fit. For a premium, textured look on selected textiles, we recommend embroidery.
