Printed cotton bags shrink and crumble when washed. This is a property of quality natural material. We recommend that you do not wash cotton bags, but if there is no other way, turn it inside out and then iron it well on the side that is not printed.
The printed mugs are intended for hand washing. If you are going to machine wash them, use mild programs and lower temperatures. However, mugs have special coatings that can crack when washed in the machine.
