Pet accessories and promotional gifts

The Pets category brings together promotional items mainly associated with dog walks, outdoor play and bird care. Current products include dog waste bag dispensers, a dog collar, a pet safety light, a frisbee and a birdhouse. Choosing the right item is therefore more about its intended use than simply an animal-related theme.

For companies, clubs and organisations, these products can make relevant themed gifts. Compare how each item is used, its dimensions, convenience and whether the selected model can be branded.

Accessories for walking dogs

Different accessories serve different purposes on everyday walks: a dispenser helps keep waste bags to hand, a collar needs to fit the dog, and a light may improve visibility. Choose according to the recipients’ needs, not just the available space for a logo.

Dog waste bag dispensers

The range includes the TROTTE dispenser and the plastic Rucin model. A product name alone does not tell you which bags fit or whether any are included. Before deciding, compare attachment options, how the dispenser opens and the refill format in the selected product details. For distribution at events, also consider how conveniently recipients can carry the dispenser on walks.

Collars and safety lights

The Roco dog collar and Belka pet safety light meet different needs. With a collar, correct sizing and fit matter most; with a light, check the attachment method and information on power and operation. A light can help with visibility but does not replace supervision or care around traffic. For group orders, also check the available sizes or versions.

Outdoor play and bird care

Not every frisbee is a dog toy

The Flybit frisbee is an example of a promotional item for outdoor play. If you intend to use it with a dog, first establish whether that specific model is expressly suitable. Its shape, the condition of the edges and whether it can be gripped safely all matter. The word “frisbee” alone does not mean an item is designed for animals; do not present it as a dog toy without confirmation of its intended use.

Birdhouses for outdoor use

The category also includes the Tomtit birdhouse. This is a different type of gift from dog accessories: relevant factors include the entrance design, mounting options and suitability for the intended environment. Before installation, follow guidance for the appropriate bird species and choose a quiet location. Do not automatically treat a birdhouse as equipment for pet birds kept in cages.

Branding and preparing a promotional order

Suitable products may be personalised with a logo, wording or graphic, but the same method will not work with every shape and material. Branding options must be checked for the selected model, design, position and quantity. To prepare a quotation, it helps to specify the item, expected number of units and preferred appearance; artwork preparation can also be discussed if needed.

Frequently asked questions

Are bags included with a dispenser?

You cannot tell from the dispenser name alone. For the specific model, check what is included, which bags are compatible and how refills are replaced.

How do I choose a dog collar size?

Measure the dog’s neck circumference first and check the adjustment range of the chosen model. The collar should neither be too tight nor slip off easily; check the fit regularly in use.

Is every promotional frisbee suitable for dogs?

No. Suitability for play with dogs must be confirmed for the specific product. If that information is unavailable, do not treat the frisbee as a pet toy.

Is a birdhouse intended for caged birds?

Do not assume so. Birdhouses may be designed for outdoor mounting; check the specific model’s design and instructions for its installation and intended use.
