Do you need branded T-shirts for your company, team, organisation or event? At Gajcom, we help you select the right garment, prepare the artwork placement and choose a printing method that suits your design, quantity, intended use and desired final appearance.
You do not need to understand the technical differences between screen printing, DTG and DTF before contacting us. Send us the basic details of your project and we will review the options and recommend a suitable combination of garment and branding method.
Branded T-shirts for business and team use
Printed T-shirts are a practical solution for companies and organisations that want a consistent and professional team appearance. They can be used by employees, sales teams, event staff, associations, sports teams, clubs and other organised groups.
Typical applications include:
- branded T-shirts for employees and business teams,
- promotional T-shirts for trade shows, campaigns and events,
- team T-shirts for clubs, associations and organisations,
- T-shirts for hospitality, retail and customer-facing staff,
- merchandise for brands, bands and organised projects.
We help you choose the right T-shirt
The print is only one part of the final result. The garment also needs to match its intended use, desired appearance, expected frequency of wear and available budget.
Depending on the project, you can choose from standard promotional T-shirts, higher-quality garments for employees, organic cotton styles, sports shirts, heavier premium garments, fitted cuts, unisex styles and oversized models.
Tell us who will wear the shirts and how they will be used. We can help you narrow down the options before preparing the quotation.
Which printing method should you choose?
The appropriate method depends on the artwork, number of colours, garment material, quantity, print position and desired finish.
- Screen printing is particularly suitable for repeatable designs, a consistent appearance and medium or larger production runs.
- DTG printing is useful for detailed illustrations, photographs, gradients and designs where a soft feel is important on suitable cotton garments.
- DTF printing provides a flexible solution for full-colour designs across a wider selection of garments and materials.
- Embroidery is often recommended when you want a more formal, representative or premium logo application, particularly on polo shirts, jackets and workwear.
We do not promote one method as the best solution for every order. Our goal is to select the method that is appropriate for your garment, design and intended use.
How does the ordering process work?
- Send us the basic project details. Include the approximate quantity, intended use, preferred garment type and deadline if the order is linked to an event.
- We review the artwork and requirements. We check the logo, colours, print position and suitability of the selected garment.
- We recommend a solution. We help you select the garment and compare screen printing, DTG, DTF or embroidery.
- We prepare the quotation and production plan. Once the details are confirmed, we provide a realistic production and collection or delivery timeframe.
What do we need to prepare a quotation?
- approximate number of garments,
- required sizes and styles, if already known,
- your logo, design or initial idea,
- preferred print position and approximate dimensions,
- the intended use of the T-shirts,
- the required date when the order is linked to an event.
Vector files such as PDF, AI, EPS or SVG are generally the most useful for logos. If you only have an image or PNG file, we can review it and determine whether it is suitable for the selected method.
