GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION - GDPR

The data we collect:

- Name and Surname, Address, telephone number and email address

- IP number or address from which the customer accesses the website

- Date and time of access to the website

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is in the case of an order (contract - distance purchase) , which means that the customer agrees to the personal data processing consent.

Personal data is processed for the purpose of communication by e-mail, sms or telephone in order to process the order, to respond to an individual's question or enquiry. In the case of consent to the notification of new offers on the www.gajcom.si website, personal data is processed for the purpose of notification by e-mail.

The IP address and the date and time of the visit to the website are processed to prevent abuse.

If you have given your consent to be informed about new offers in the online shop www.gajcom.si, we store your e-mail address permanently or until you withdraw it. We keep the personal data entered in the order for as long as the individual can assert legal claims against each other on the basis of the concluded contract or for five years from the termination of the contract.

After the retention period has expired, we delete the personal data effectively and permanently.

The provision of personal data is voluntary, the individual is not obliged to provide personal data, but if he/she does not provide personal data, he/she cannot receive goods, services or an answer to his/her question, as well as information about new developments on the website. The information to be provided is specified in the individual online form.

We only use the data for our own advertising purposes and do NOT give out the data to other companies. We have our own advertising department.

The individual has the following rights with regard to personal data:

=> The right to request from www.gajcom.si at any time:

- Confirm whether or not personal data concerning him/her is being processed.

- Access to personal data and the following information (purpose of processing, types of personal data, users to whom personal data have been or will be disclosed)

- One (free) copy of the personal data in the format specified by the individual (if the request is made by electronic means of communication and the individual does not request otherwise, the copy shall be provided in electronic form). For additional copies requested by the individual, we may charge a reasonable fee, taking into account costs.

=> Correction of inaccurate personal data

=> Restriction of processing where:

- the data subject contests the accuracy of the personal data for a period which enables the controller of www.gumenadom.si to verify the accuracy of the personal data.

- The processing is unlawful and the individual objects to the erasure of the personal data and requests instead the restriction of its use.

- The controller of www.gumenadom.si no longer needs the data for the purposes of the processing, but the data subject does need them to assert or defend legal claims

=> Erasure of all personal data (right to be forgotten) if the conditions set out in Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation are fulfilled, in particular in cases where the data subject withdraws consent to the processing of personal data

=> Extract of personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, with the right of the data subject to transmit that data to another controller without being hindered by the original controller

=> Termination of the use of personal data for direct marketing purposes

=> Not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or her or similarly significantly affects him or her, provided that the preconditions set out in Article 22 of the GDPR are met

=> The right to lodge a complaint against the controller with the Information Commissioner if he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data infringes the General Data Protection Regulation. Any individual may, at any time, lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the Information Commissioner in the Republic of Slovenia - if he or she considers that his or her rights under the protection of personal data have been infringed by us in any way: Republic of Slovenia, Information Commissioner, Zaloška 59, 1000 Ljubljana, https://www.ip-rs.si.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a request to info©gajcom.si . After withdrawal of consent, the controller of www.gajcom.si will effectively delete or anonymise the data so that it can no longer be linked to the data subject.

After the withdrawal of consent, we will no longer be able to provide the data subject with the services for the performance of which he or she requires personal data in respect of which the consent has been withdrawn.

The data subject may make any request concerning the exercise of his or her rights in relation to personal data in writing to info©gajcom.si .

For the purposes of reliable identification in the event of the exercise of rights relating to personal data, the controller may request additional data from the data subject, but may refuse to act only if it proves that the data subject cannot be reliably identified.
 

The controller of www.gajcom.si shall respond to a request from an individual exercising his or her rights concerning personal data without undue delay and at the latest within one month of receipt of the request.

The controller of www.gajcom.si shall implement suitable organisational and technical measures to safeguard personal data, which are adapted to the risks presented by the processing of personal data. These measures are defined in the Data Protection Policy.
