We are in printing business since day one. Still love it.

1993 - The first idea

We started our first project in 1993. It was about 20 000 PVC bags that we printed with logos of about 25 businesses in our neighbourhood, so they could all use the same bag and help with promotion for all of them.
1993-1995 - First employees

We learned quickly printing is not easy, but we managed to start silkscreen fast and we would print mostly business cards for a while. Customes started comming in and soon we hired more people still in our basement.
1996-2000 - Tshirts and silkscreen

This is the time we specialised in tshirts and print. We would mostly use silkscreen transfers, but we made them of very high quality, so that our print was very durable.
2001-2003 - Change of location

As our basement became too small we needed a new space and found it fast. We are still in Vevče, a small town east of Ljubljana - centre, near Ljubljanica river - we have a perfect combination of business area and nature here.
2003-2009 - Technology

Now we had more room and we could get bigger machines. First we invested a lot in transfer print, but soon we added a carousel to our offer. So now we still print most t-shirt directly (silkscreen in multicolor or Kornit DTG) and we hardly use transfer print.
2010-2020 - Garderoba

In 2010, the economy crisis still there, we opened a small printshop in local cinema centre. We would print digitally there in time - people really enyojed our efford and great t-shirts for special occasions.
2014-2022 - Web

In 2015 our first web-shop www.garderoba.si was live. At the same time gajcom.si was in contruction and we hope you like the latest version of it.
2022- Eco firts

In 2022 we decided to skip a new technology on the market, called DTF. It produces good quality transfers in multicolor, so this may sound strange. But we decided not to go with it, since we find it is just not ecological and also not healthy. We have our customers and our own health in mind first, when concidering new technologies. And of course it is also important that the print is durable, so that the printed products will be used for a long time. This will make them sustainable. All our prints are certified also for baby clothes.
